30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • With original tags (if applicable)

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase


How to Start a Return

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label (if applicable)

  • Clear instructions on how and where to send your package

Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item is:

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Defective

  • Incorrect or different from what you ordered

Please contact us immediately upon discovery with clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, at no additional cost to you.


Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Custom or personalized products (including engraved items and made-to-order designs)

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Personal care items (such as beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to receive a different item is to:

  1. Request a return for the original item (if eligible)

  2. Place a new order once the return has been approved


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received

  • Original packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase is required

This right does not override exclusions for custom or personalized products, where permitted by EU regulations.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing typically takes up to 10 business days

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
